the #1 baby killer in this country—330,000 babies on average killed annually. Honesty is not an option for you because even liberal voters might flinch if you
admitted the truth: I don’t care that
babies are killed in the womb so why should I care if they are cut up and sold?
you are a woman, they surely have invested in you. Their website brags that they have ”raised over $400 million to
support pro-choice Democratic women candidates….”
group (minus 2 gutsy Democrats and plus 1 Republican) that
insured the Senate bill fell short by 7 votes (53-46) of the 60 votes necessary
to bring it to the floor. In North
Dakota, Republican Senator John Hoeven voted to defund the
#1 abortion business. But Heidi Heitkamp, despite being raised Catholic, voted
to keep giving them $500 million of our tax dollars annually.
the undercover videos documenting Planned Parenthood illegal selling of aborted baby parts? Were you one
of those interviewed by John McCormack of the Weekly Standard who admitted not watching any of the videos? Or, were you among those that ran away or shut a door in his face?
video yet still voted to keep pouring money into the Planned Parenthood death
machine. Nice try on your excuse: “That’s not the point. The point is to
prevent abortions by making sure that women can get birth control.” How is birth control the point rather than the
fact that cutting up and selling parts of aborted babies is not just stomach
wrenching, but also illegal?
Parenthood or it’s supporters. Cecil Richards, CEO of Planned Parenthood, spews slanderous
lies with every breath because the stakes are so high.
According to Planned
Parenthood’s 2013 annual report, their 68 affiliates received 41% of revenue
from federal funds. But dear Senators,
we don’t need to keep sending them
that money. If they were defunded, the funds would go to other health-care
providers that already vastly outnumber Planned Parenthood businesses. According to the Charlotte Lozier Institute,
the research arm of the pro-life group Susan B. Anthony List, there are more
than 9,000 community health centers but only 700 Planned Parenthood facilities
in the U.S. Trust me, everyone would be just fine without them–especially the unborn.
Senator Heitkamp
Heidi Heitkamp’s support of Planned Parenthood. But I assume the issues I address here apply to all the Senators that backed Planned Parenthood. Heidi, people think that the maximum donation from
Planned Parenthood during your campaign affects your vote. Interesting also that the
pro-abortion lobbying group Emily’s
List celebrated your election.
God’s innocent creations, you respond by spinning them a tale. Let me respond to some of it. “…no health care provider or patient is
allowed to financially profit from this donation.” Key word: “allowed.” Watch the video to see what they do that is
not “allowed.”
used for abortion. This is a policy that I have supported and will continue to
support.” Well, it’s a start for your Catholic self. But consider that since they are raking in so
much Federal cash, it frees up their other income to do what they like. Part of
that includes Cecil Richard’s $523,000 annual salary. Do you think that without the half-a-billion
in Federal money to contribute to their total revenue
of $1.210 billion, that Richards would be paid so well? Without all that money, would Planned
Parenthood be able to afford a top PR company to try bolster their image right
now?
is provided for clinics around the country, including those operated by
Planned Parenthood, help many low- and moderate-income women get
affordable cancer screenings, STD testing, and contraceptive care, and I will
continue to make sure these clinics have the support they need for this
life-saving work and ensure access to family planning services and critical
screenings for all women. “
saving” when referring to Planned Parenthood, but let’s move on. These
services can be done at any of the 9,000 community health centers as opposed to
700 Planned Parenthood facilities in the U.S. Yeah, I know I noted that earlier, but it seems to need repeating. And the contraceptive care you support, never mind that half the women that get abortions were on some sort of birth
control, but many of contraceptives are abortifacients. I won’t even talk about moral problems with
promoting contraception since you are so far from the Church right now.
clinics have the support they need…” Well,
please stop. The health care that women need is already available. The baby
killing and tissue selling that no one “needs” should no longer be
available. Planned Parenthood says only 3% of all services are for abortions. But they are counting every single service given to a woman. One woman with 12 months of birth control would be counted as having received 12 services. Look just at pregnancy related services. For pregnant women, 93.78 % who went to Planned Parenthood in 2012-2013, left without their child. That means that for every 1,000 pregnant women who walk into Planned Parenthood, 938 have abortions and only 62 give birth.
